Dear Friends,

Peace and greetings to you... I hope that 2010 has been a wonderful, fresh year for you so far!  It has been some time since I have written out to all of you - many projects to attend to in the spatial world, and finally working the online end of things has come around again.  I will be sending out a March newsletter to catch you up on all the latest at Dancing Star Well Being Arts, I,Star Music, and Silvermoon Chocolate, and all the other wonderful things that Aradhana and I have been up to.

For now, as this is timely, I wanted to quickly send you the info about the Spring Yoga and Living Foods Retreat that we're collaborating on with Pauline Drossart and Annemarie Solo in Ojai, California, April 2-4.  As the amazing Annemarie and Pauline provide the hatha and kundalini yoga for detox and vitality, Aradhana Silvermoon will be preparing the delicious live cuisine, and I will be leading qigong energy cultivation and talking shop on fitness, nutrition, and energetics for overall well-being.  And all four of us will be playing music as Sacredtri and I,Star, joined by the rhythms of Akahdahmah! We've got quite a weekend planned for you...
